1) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the elements contained in the site (software, texts, images animated or not, sounds, know-how, and more generally any type of data) are protected by the Intellectual Property Law. Any representation and/or reproduction total or partial of the Site by whatever means, without the express authorisation of the BUFFET CRAMPON, is prohibited and would constitute counterfeiting, as provided for by articles L.335-2 and following, of the Intellectual Property Law. This applies equally to the databases featured on the Site, which are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 which carry the transposition of the International Property Law and the European Directive of March 11 1996 relating to legal protection of databases. The brands and logos appearing on the Site are the property of the BUFFET CRAMPON. BUFFET CRAMPON is held to respect the confidentiality of information and to use it only for the precise purpose for which it is intended. 4) TECHNICAL OPERATION OF THE SITE

The Site is normally accessible 24h/24h 7/7. In the case of Force Majeure, data-processing problems difficulties linked to the network structure, telecommunications or technical difficulties, maintenance reasons, this list not being exhaustive, access to all or part of the site can be suspended or discontinued on the simple decision of the BUFFET CRAMPON. For maintanance reasons and/or any other decision by the BUFFET CRAMPON access to the Site can be interrupted. The Site is susceptible to modification and evolution without notification of any kind.
